"News Pesh" documented an increase of approximately 30-60% in prices, particularly noting a significant rise in hotel rates for sought-after destinations during Eid ul Fitr 2024.
Ticket prices to East Asia, notably to destinations like Thailand and the Maldives, as well as to Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, and Egypt, experienced substantial hikes, with prices soaring by up to 60%. This surge was fueled by the increased travel demand from both families and individuals seeking vacation opportunities.
Attractive offers were seen across various destinations, including Dubai, the Maldives, Thailand, and Seychelles, as well as popular European destinations such as Spain, Georgia, Azerbaijan, France, and Turkey. These destinations remained highly sought after by travelers, with travel agencies reporting a surge in bookings during the holy month of Ramadan.

The current prices have surpassed those of the same period last year, which were already elevated by 10%, mainly due to factors concerning airlines and destinations in close proximity to the Kingdom.
"News Pesh" also noted a considerable uptick in both ticket fares and hotel bookings. This surge is attributed to escalating demand and the resultant strain on reservations, which have escalated by rates ranging from 30-50%.
